Ingredient Information:
- Safflower oil – high in linoleic acid, which nourishes scalp and hair follicles (Skolnik, 1977)
- Argan oil – shown to protect hair like a barrier from free radical damage (Shafiri, 2023)
- Apricot seed oil – a natural source of sterols and squalene that support delicate skin’s natural oil production (Rudzinska, 2017)
- Grape seed oil – antioxidant, antibacterial, helps reduce irritation (Khanna, 2002) and very good at restoring hair smoothness (Demir, 2023)
- Tocopherols – natural plant forms of vitamin E that protect against free-radical damage, which occurs in dry or inflamed skin (Michalak, 2022)

Clinical report on skin safety
Little Étoile Hair Oil was shown to be safe for sensitive skin in a study conducted by an accredited dermatology clinic on 54 Australian subjects. It showed no signs of skin irritation (score of 0/4 on a skin irritation scale) after contact with upper arm skin over 24 hrs, compared to distilled water.
