Organic Fruit

Our organic fruits include a delicious selection of popular seasonal and tropical varieties, lovingly gathered from ACO certified orchards and plantations around Australia. They are naturally packed with fruit-derived carbohydrates and fibre, which are essential to help maintain energy levels, but without nasties like added sugars and colours. ​

Organic Apple Puree

Organic apples are a healthy alternative to conventionally grown apples, with a zingy and  crisp freshness. Apples provide a zero fat, zero cholesterol source of natural carbohydrates, with antioxidants and potassium, to help kids to get up and go.

Organic Banana Puree

Banana is easy to eat and always a sweet favourite amongst babies and children. The smooth texture provides natural carbohydrates for energy, as well as trace levels of minerals such as copper and manganese.

Organic Peach Puree

Peach is another classic summer stone fruit, with a sweet and syrupy texture. Like all stone fruits, it is high in carbohydrates, but uniquely, it contains both soluble and insoluble fibre, which provide a dual benefit for healthy digestion.

Organic Pear Puree

Pears provide a smooth, sweet source of natural carbohydrates, with antioxidants and potassium, to support energy levels. Pears are also a good source of dietary fibre, to assist with gut health, the gut microbiome, and regularity.

Organic Mango Puree

Mango is another sweet, smooth tropical favourite with a distinctive flavour and aroma profile. Rich in carbohydrates for energy, mango is another fruit higher in fibre than others, to assist with maintaining a healthy gut microbiome and regularity. Mango is also a natural source of carotenoids, such as beta-carotene.


Organic Vegetables

From our naturally fertile mountain and river soils comes a range of tasty, nutritious vegies that kids don’t actually know are good for them. They are naturally high in fibre, carotenoids and minerals that help with eye, skin and gut health. Australia has an abundance of vegetable produce and is the organic food bowl for many countries around the world.

Organic Pumpkin

Pumpkin is naturally sweet, but very low in fat and zero cholesterol. It is also rich in dietary fibre, antioxidants, and  minerals such as potassium, and vitamins. Technically pumpkin is a fruit, because of the seeds, but we typically use it with other cooked vegies.

Organic Sweet Potato

Sweet potato has the texture of pumpkin, with the sweetness and colour of carrots. Like both of these healthy vegetables, it is rich in beta-carotene, the main precursor of vitamin A that controls growth and development, as well as supporting eye & brain health.

Organic Tomato Puree

Tomato provides a zesty complementary flavour, known by the Japanese as “umami”, which is sweet, but also slightly savoury. So, it goes it all kinds of vegetables. Tomato is high in lycopene, a type of antioxidant that protects skin and eyes. ​

Organic Carrot

Carrots are root vegetables, because they grow underground. As a result, they are higher in fibre and lower in carbohydrates than fruit. Beta-carotene and other carotenoids are named after carrot, from where they were first recognised. Carotenoids are converted to vitamin A, which is used in the brain, eyes and skin.

Organic Onion

Onion is another traditional root vegetable that provides an earthy sweetness when added with cooked vegetables. Its high content of insoluble fibre make it useful for maintaining digestive regularity and preventing issues such as constipation.

Organic Potato

Potato is a nutritious root vegetable that is one of the highest vegetable sources of carbohydrates. This is useful for children with gluten intolerances who cannot consume grain-based foods.

Organic Chia seed

Chia is a superfood wholegrain, because it a good source of plant protein, and the plant omega-3, alpha-linolenic acid (alpha-LA). This fatty acid can be converted to small amounts of EPA and DHA in the body. Chia seeds also contain a form of dietary fibre that helps balance carbohydrate loads.

Organic Corn

Originally grown in Central and south America, corn is a grain high in protein and complex carbohydrates, as well as simpler carbohydrates that, like fruit, provide its characteristic sweetness. Corn’s yellow colour comes from lutein, an important carotenoid used the brain, eyes and skin.

Organic Brown Rice

Brown rice is higher in antioxidants and nutrients than white rice, due to the seed coating (bran) which stays behind when the grains are not fully processed. Rice is a source of protein and complex carbohydrates, which are a released more slowly than those in fruit, to provide sustained energy throughout the day.

Organic Milk

Cow’s milk provides an important source of supplementary protein, fatty acids, calcium and phosphorus in children’s diets, to support bone and muscle development. Organic milk is known to be higher in long chain fats than conventionally farmed and grain-fed milk.

Organic Chicken

Chicken is another popular meat variety, with its characteristic palatability amongst kids. Like all meats, it is an important source of protein, as well as phosphorus, magnesium and vitamin B3. Organic chicken is raised without growth enhancers or antibiotics and tends to be lower in fats.

Algal DHA

DHA from algal sources is a more purified source of DHA, compared to fish oils that naturally contain a mixture of EPA, DHA and other omega-3 fats. DHA is the main omega-3 fatty acid active in the retina of the eye and brain networks, where it supports memory and learning.​

Organic Olive Oil

Olive oil is notable for its content of the plant omega-3, alpha-linolenic acid (alpha-LA). This fatty acid can be converted to small amounts of EPA and DHA in the body. Olive oil is known for its benefits in balancing saturated fats in the body, which can lead to weight issues in later years.
